We Love it But…
things to consider when buying it ..
1. Be gentle with the mechanism that you place the capsules in. If you don’t that is a sure-fire way to break it.
2. Once in a while a capsule will not puncture. This seems to be a problem with the capsule & not the machine. Don’t force it. Just use another capsule. This has not happened with Lavazza capsules. It only happens with another brand it’s because the covering is a little tougher in our opinion.
3. The easiest way to break the frother is to disassemble it for cleaning. It sounds pretty bad , but put the whole thing in the dishwasher. This will eventually discolor the frother But Having the black plastic go grey is better than having the steam tube break from the plastic housing.
4. If you don’t clean it all the time, get several frothers. This just makes life easier. One clean in the cupboard and one or more in the dishwasher. That is if you so happen to use a Dishwasher
5. You can find two brands of capsules for this machine on Amazon. Each brand has several different varieties.Altho there may be more we did not search that hard.
