Now I’m not gonna say I live on these things, but yes I do order them when I can and they help me get through many many….many long trips on the road and many long days when I just need to things done. But I will say Caffeine and Sugar are big parts of my life.

When I am not creating content for my Blogs or YouTube channel, I am off running my charity The JRX Foundation. And that is just a non-stop part of my daily routine and I love every second of it. So you see it’s very often that I add a little extra kick to whatever I drink. And I absolutely love this stuff.

Now you also have to use this stuff responsibly, too much caffeine is just no good for you. I will even admit that even I do not use this stuff too much, but I do use it more than occasionally. And I take a few days off from it when I simply just don’t need it.

But yes this stuff works so you gotta be careful when you use it, and if you are sensitive to Caffeine then yes this is a no no..
